Ingredients
- dark and white meat from Thanksgiving turkey
- salt
- pepper
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 onion- Sliced in strips
- garlic and herb marinade
- 1 1/2 cup white or brown rice
Preparation
Add onions, garlic and herb marinade & salt and pepper with turkey to oil in large fry pan.
Stir and simmer until hot and serve over rice.
