Steak Peppers and gravy

Ingredients

  • 4 sliced cube steak
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tbs garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp season all
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 2 cups white rice
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 4 large mushrooms
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1/4 cup of vegetable oil

Preparation

Put the oil in a frying pan and wait until it is hot. Season both sides of the steak the put each piece in the frying pan. Flip the steak when the first side is brown. Once the other side is brown and the inside is done remove and place it in the gravy. Fry peppers and mushrooms in a separate frying pan in 2 tbs of vegetable or olive oil then season and remove from the pan.
