Spaghetti and Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients

  • ground turkey meat
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp season all
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 tbs Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large can tomato sauce
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • spaghetti noodles
  • 2 tbs worcestershire sauce
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1 diced green pepper
  • 2 tbs fresh garlic

Preparation

Place meat in a mixing bowl and add the egg, seasonings and worcestershire. Then add the diced onion and green pepper. Mix everything together and roll into balls of desired size. Place the meatballs in a baking dish cover with foil and bake for an hour at 450 temperature. Click here for instructions on preparing spaghetti sauce Sauces and Gravies. Place your spaghetti into 2 quarts of rolling boiling water. Add a teaspoon of oil and a sprinkle of salt to your boiling water. Cook for approximately 12 minutes. Place spaghetti in colander and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. Place the spaghetti in a bowl or back in the pot. Add a dash of olive oil to the cooked spaghetti and toss. Once everything is done serve with parmesan cheese on the top.
