Hot Kettle Grill
- can of salmon or fresh cooked salmon
- diced onion
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder or fresh garlic
- 1/2 tsp season all
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Add salmon, egg, onion and seasonings into a bowl and mix. Scoop palm size patties and place in hot frying pan with oil. Flip patties and cook until golden crispy on each size. Make sure the patties are fully cooked inside.
**Tip:Salmon cakes can be served as breakfast, dinner or appetizer. Salmon can be pared with grits, rice or potatoes.
