Robust Spanish Rice

Ingredient

• 1 can of fire roasted diced tomatoes
• 1 1/2 onion
• 1 package of Lipton Spanish Rice
• 1 tbs bacon grease

**Lipton has now joined Knorr. Many of their rice packages are Knorr now.

Preparation

Boil 1 package if Lipton Spanish rice in 2 cups of water and 1/4 cup of vegetable oil. Add 1 to 1/2 slice onions, 1 can of fire roasted tomatoes and 1 tbs bacon grease. Cover while cooking.
