Rib Eye Cheese Steak On Toast

Ingredients

diced rib eye steak

(seasonings of choice)

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1/4 sliced green pepper

1/4 sliced onion

lettuce

tomato

mayo

mustard

ketchup

toasted wheat bread

provolone or Velveeta slices (American cheese) or cheese of choice

Preparation

Fry rib eye steak using 2 tbs vegetable oil in a frying pan. Add Worcestershire, seasonings and peppers while cooking. Add cheese last. Toast the slices of bread and add mayo, mustard, ketchup, lettuce and tomato.
