Mesquite Chicken Potatoes and Veggies

Ingredients

  • chicken winglets
  • 4 large diced peeled potatoes
  • 1 can or 1 to 2 fresh diced tomatoes
  • 1 can or 1lb bag of fresh carrots
  • 1 sliced green pepper
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 1 package of McCormick mesquite seasonings
  • 1 tsp season all
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1/2 tsp grill mates chicken seasonings
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar

Preparation

Place winglets and diced potatoes, tomatoes, green pepper, onion and carrots into a baking pan. Pre-season the chicken before the go into the pan. Add veggies to the group. Prepare the contents of the seasoning package and pour over the chicken and gravy. Cover the pan with foil and cook for 1 to 1/2 hours on 450 temperature. You want the potatoes and carrots to fully cook through. Once it is finished
