Mac & Cheese


  • 1 box of pasta noodles of choice (shell shown)
  • 1-2 cans of carnation milk or 2 cups of whole milk
  • 1-2 eggs
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp season all
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheese
  • 2 cups shredded extra sharp cheese
  • 1 Tbs vegetable oil


Cook shell noodles in boiling water with a dash of salt and

1 Tbs of vegetable oil. Cook for about 12 minutes and drain water. In a separate bowl, add 1 1/2 can of carnation milk, seasonings of choice (pepper and season all) and cheese. Add pasta and mix everything together. Pour the ingredients into a baking dish and top with more cheese. "Don't be afraid of the cheese" cover with foil and bake at 450 for about 30 to 45 minutes. Make sure the milk has cooked into the pasta thoroughly and cheese has melted completely. You can remove the foil half way through for a darker and crispier top.
