Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients

• 3 bags of frozen vegetable stir fry
• stir fry sauce of choice (Asian sesame sauce)
• chicken breast
• 1 green peppers
• 2 onions
• 2 cups white rice

Preparation

Season, cook and dice, chicken breast in a frying pan in 1/2 cup vegetable oil or bake until 1/3 done. In frying pan add frozen veggies, peppers and sauce. Continue to simmer on low/medium heat until veggies are wilted but firm. Serve with rice.
