Beef Roast with Vegetables Smothered in Gravy


  • 4 large diced potatoes
  • 1 can or a small pkg of sliced carrots
  • 1 sliced green pepper
  • 1 to 2 sliced onions
  • 2 diced tomatoes
  • 1 beef roast
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp season all
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 to 1 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce


Season your roast and place it in a baking bag inside a baking pan. Add your vegetables, peppers and potatoes. Lastly, close the baking bag tight with the wrap and puncture with holes. Bake for about 2 to 2 1/2 hours at 325 to 350 temperature. Once the roast is finished, drain the liquid into a frying pan and make gravy see Sauces and Gravies. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes. Enjoy!
