Barbecue Chicken with Yams & Greens

- BBQ Sauce
- Kale Greens
- Sweet Potatoes
Use any choice chicken parts, also seasoned of your choice. Bake seasoned chicken with butter in baking dish/pan covered for 1 hour or uncovered until crispy. Covered will give you a moist juicy baked chicken and uncovered will be more crisp. Either way is delicious!

Clean and preferably slow cooked in crock pot for about 5 hours. I really season my greens abundantly, because they are more difficult to season. I use season all, garlic and onion powder, pepper and bacon grease. You can use seasonings and meat juices of your choice. If your not using a crock pot, boil in 1/3 the ratio of greens for about 2-2 1/2 hour given how many pounds of kale. These instructions are for kale only, because other greens have different cooking times.
Clean and boil entire sweet potato until soft. Remove potatoes from hot water and the skin will peel off easily. Slice potatoes and layer in a baking dish. Add brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon, syrup and butter. Bake
