Baked Chicken with Tomatoes

This chicken dish goes well with many various sides. Try this with rice, flavored rice, mashed potatoes or egg noodles. Umm!! Perfect for a nice winter night.

Ingredients

• chicken legs and thighs
• 1 diced tomatoes
• 1 sliced onions
• 1 tsp seasoning all
• 1 tsp garlic
• 1 tsp onion
• 1 tsp pepper
• 1 tsp poultry seasoning
• 1 tsp basil
• 1 container garlic and herb marinade
• 1/2 stick butter

Preparation

Season chicken to liking with seasonings of choice (shown: garlic, onion powder, pepper, season all and basil). Place seasoned chicken in baking dish with tomatoes, onions, marinade and butter. Cover completely with foil and bake about an hour at oven temperature 450. When done best served with rice.
